Just send us picture of defect on officialblums@gmail.com & after verification you’ll receive a new order within standard delivery time.
And by the way, the policy is not implemented on size issues, since all our products are custom-made according to the specifications provided by you and in accordance with our size chart, it is essential to review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
